The Role
Standing Voice is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead its Malawi office in Lilongwe. This senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategy, strengthen partnerships, and oversee high-impact programmes that protect and promote the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of persons with albinism.
Reporting to the Global CEO and Board, you will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership, while championing human rights, inclusion, and sustainable development. This is a chance to drive systemic change, empower communities, and make a tangible difference in the lives of those furthest behind.
We are looking for a dynamic NGO leader with a proven track record in leadership, collaboration, and advocacy, and a strong commitment to inclusion, health, and social justice.

The Role
Standing Voice is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Fundraising Manager to join our UK team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious fundraiser to take ownership of a critical portfolio within a respected and growing human rights charity.
The Fundraising Manager will lead the advancement and implementation of SV’s Fundraising Strategy, working closely with the Executive Director, UK colleagues, and in-country teams in Tanzania and Malawi. The role will focus on diversifying and scaling up income streams, writing compelling grant proposals, and building long-term donor relationships that will secure and grow sustainable funding for our life-changing programmes.
This role is ideal for a candidate with proven success in securing multi-year income across trusts and foundations, institutional donors, corporate partnerships, philanthropy, and individual giving, and who thrives on turning creative ideas into tangible impact for those furthest behind.

The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Communications and Media Manager to shape and lead Standing Voice’s global communications vision. This is an exciting and strategic role which sits at the intersection of human rights, international development, and digital storytelling, amplifying the voices of people with albinism and strengthening Standing Voice’s work in disability rights and inclusion.
We’re looking for a creative innovator eager to experiment with emerging platforms, formats, and technologies to elevate underrepresented communities. You will design and deliver a bold communications strategy that raises Standing Voice’s global profile, champions the rights of people with albinism, and brings our impact to life for donors, partners, media, and the public. From social media, newsletters, and press engagement to film production, advocacy campaigns, and fundraising support, you will own and shape the voice and visibility of our mission.
This position is ideal for a creative, proactive, and values-driven communicator with experience in rights-based communications or nonprofit storytelling. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring fresh ideas to a growing organisation, and collaborate with grassroots leaders, to amplify voices too often unheard.
